Preparation process of hydroxychavicol nano-emulsifier system

Abstract

The invention relates to a process for preparing a pre-microemulsion system of hydroxychavicol nanoparticles comprising the following steps: i) standardization of the carrier mixture; ii) preparation of the dispersion phase containing hydroxychavicol; iii) homogenization of the mixture; iv) homogenization to form the pre-microemulsion system; v) filtration of the pre-microemulsion system; wherein the conditions for performing each step are as specifically described in the description. The process according to the invention is simple and easy to implement using water-soluble dispersants with high safety, non-toxicity, and few side effects, so the resulting pre-microemulsion system of hydroxychavicol nanoparticles is highly safe for use. In addition, the process according to the invention allows for the creation of a pre-microemulsion system of hydroxychavicol nanoparticles with a core containing the active ingredient and an outer carrier mixture, thereby increasing water solubility, stability, and bioavailability.
