[0001] CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
[0002] This application claims priority to the Chinese patent application filed on November 18, 2021, with application number 202111369153.X and entitled “A Frame and Suspended Transport Vehicle Spreader,” the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference. Technical Field
[0003] The present disclosure relates to a vehicle frame and a suspension type transport vehicle sling, belonging to the technical field of logistics and transportation. Background Art
[0004] Currently, the main equipment used for container loading and unloading in road-rail intermodal transport is rail-mounted gantry cranes, rubber-tyred gantry cranes, and reachstackers. However, for large container terminals with long distances between terminals and storage yards, traditional transshipment trucks and automated guided vehicles (AGVs) are inefficient, have low levels of automation, and are prone to causing traffic congestion.
[0005] To address these technical challenges, a new type of intermodal container transit infrastructure has emerged: an intelligent intermodal aerial rail system. This system, leveraging an aerial rail system and suspended transport vehicles for automated loading, unloading, and transportation, interconnects various container distribution centers and seamlessly connects rail, water, road, and aviation logistics systems, achieving the goal of "zero-distance transfers and seamless connections."
[0006] When containers are transported over long distances using aerial rail transport equipment, the existing spreaders are not stable enough and are prone to damage. There is also a risk that the containers may fall, posing a major safety hazard.
[0007] Summary of the Invention
[0008] In response to the problems existing in the above-mentioned prior art, the present disclosure provides a frame and a suspension transport vehicle sling, which at least partially solves the technical problems of the existing slings being insufficiently stable, prone to damage, and having the risk of containers falling.
[0009] In one aspect of the present disclosure, a vehicle frame is provided, which may include: an upper frame; a vehicle frame, wherein the lower frame may include a lower longitudinal beam and two telescopic beams, the two telescopic beams being relatively arranged on either side of the lower longitudinal beam in a longitudinal direction, and the two telescopic beams and the lower longitudinal beam being able to be relatively separated or brought closer in the longitudinal direction via telescopic assemblies; and a telescopic locking mechanism, wherein the two telescopic locking mechanisms are both arranged on the lower frame, and the positions of the two telescopic beams and the lower longitudinal beam can be locked respectively by operating the two telescopic locking mechanisms.
[0010] In another aspect of the present disclosure, a suspended transport vehicle spreader is provided, which may include the aforementioned vehicle frame. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0022] Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of the structure of a suspended transport vehicle spreader according to the present disclosure. As shown in Figure 1, the spreader may include a frame and bogies 1. Each frame is equipped with at least two bogies 1. The bogies 1 can travel on an aerial track, thereby driving the entire spreader along the aerial track. Non-powered bogies can be used, as compared to powered bogies, they can reduce vehicle weight without affecting the frame's travel.
[0023] 1 , the vehicle frame may include an upper frame 2 and a lower frame 3. When the vehicle frame is traveling on the aerial track, the upper frame 2 and the lower frame 3 may be locked relative to each other. When a container needs to be lifted, the upper frame 2 and the lower frame 3 may be separated by operating the upper frame 2 and the lower frame 3.
[0024] Figure 2 is a front view of the lower frame in Figure 1, Figure 3 is a top view of Figure 2, and Figure 4 is a left view of Figure 2. In conjunction with Figures 1-4, the lower frame 3 is located directly below the upper frame 2 and may include a lower longitudinal beam 310 and two telescopic beams. The two telescopic beams are disposed on opposite sides of the lower longitudinal beam 310 in a longitudinal direction, and the two telescopic beams can be relatively separated or brought closer in the longitudinal direction. When containers of different sizes need to be transported, the lower frame 3 can be operated to relatively separate the two telescopic beams in the longitudinal direction, so that the distance between the ends of the two telescopic beams is consistent with the length of the container, thereby enabling loading and unloading of containers of different sizes.
[0025] In some embodiments, the two telescopic beams and the lower longitudinal beam 310 can be relatively separated or approached in the longitudinal direction through a telescopic assembly. Each telescopic beam can include an end beam 330 and two outrigger beams 323 corresponding to the end beam 330. The end beam 330 is arranged in the transverse direction, and the outrigger beam 323 is arranged in the longitudinal direction. One end of the outrigger beam 323 is connected to the corresponding end beam 330, and the other end of the outrigger beam 323 is movably arranged in the longitudinal direction inside the lower longitudinal beam 310. The telescopic assembly can include a first driving member 321, a telescopic push rod 322 and an outrigger. Beam 323, wherein two first driving members 321 can be arranged at intervals along the transverse direction in the lower longitudinal beam 310, and the output end of the first driving member 321 can be moved longitudinally, and each end beam 330 can be connected to the telescopic end of the first driving member 321 through a telescopic push rod 322. When it is necessary to adjust the size between the two end beams 330, the telescopic end of the first driving member 321 is moved to the predetermined stroke to drive the telescopic push rod 322 to move, thereby realizing the adjustment of the size between the two end beams 330, and then realizing the loading and unloading of the container.
[0026] In some embodiments, the first driving member 321 may be a cylinder, a ball screw, or other structure, which is not limited in this disclosure. The lower longitudinal beam 310 may be a frame structure, with multiple reinforcement seats spaced between the longitudinal beams on both sides to enhance the loading capacity of the lower frame 3.
[0027] Figure 5 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of point A in Figure 2 . As shown in Figures 2-5 , the vehicle frame may further include telescopic locking mechanisms 4 , both of which are provided on the lower frame 3 . By operating the two telescopic locking mechanisms 4 , the positions of the two telescopic beams and the lower longitudinal beam 310 can be locked, respectively, to prevent the telescopic beams from being affected by external forces or impacts and causing dimensional changes that could affect the box.
[0028] 5, the telescopic locking mechanism 4 may include a second driving member 410, a first connecting rod 420, a second connecting rod 430, a slider 440, a sliding groove member 450 and a first stopper 460. The second driving member 410 is fixedly arranged on the lower longitudinal beam 310, one end of the first connecting rod 420 is connected to the output end of the second driving member 410, and the second driving member 410 can drive the first connecting rod 420 to rotate with one end of the first connecting rod 420 as the center of the circle. One end of the second connecting rod 430 is connected to the other end of the first connecting rod 420. The first end of the second connecting rod 430 is rotatably connected to the side of the slider 440 toward the second driving member 410, and the sliding groove member 450 is fixedly set on the lower longitudinal beam 310. The sliding groove member 450 is horizontally opened on the upper side of the sliding groove member 450 and the sliding groove corresponding to the slider 440. The slider 440 can slide along the sliding groove. Every two first blocks 460 form a group. Multiple groups of first blocks 460 are arranged at intervals on the telescopic push rod 322. A part of the slider 440 can be operated to slide between the two first blocks 460 of each group. The surface of the chute on the chute member 450 is flush with the upper surface of the telescopic push rod 322. When the telescopic push rod 322 moves to a predetermined distance, the second driving member 410 drives the first connecting rod 420 to rotate. The first connecting rod 420 in turn drives the second connecting rod 430 and the slider 440, causing the slider 440 to slide along the chute on the chute member 450. This allows the slider 440 to slide in or out between the two first stops 460 in each group on the telescopic push rod 322, locking the telescopic push rod 322 and preventing it from moving along its length, that is, preventing it from telescoping. The positions of the multiple groups of first stops 460 on the telescopic push rod 322 can be preset according to different container lengths. After the telescopic push rod 322 is locked, the distance between the two end beams 330 is less likely to change due to external forces, thereby improving container loading efficiency.
[0029] In some embodiments, the second driving member 410 may be a reduction motor. Of course, other types of braking devices may also be used, and this disclosure does not limit this.
[0030] In some embodiments, the telescopic locking mechanism 4 may further include two limit detectors 470, which may be fixed on the lower longitudinal beam 310 and arranged corresponding to the output end of the second driving member 410. The rotation angle of the first connecting rod 420 driven by the second driving member 410 depends on the position of the limit detector 470. When the other end of the first connecting rod 420 rotates to correspond to the two limit detectors 470, the second driving member 410 stops working. The positions of the two limit detectors 470 respectively correspond to the sliding in or out of the slider 440 between the first stop block 460, that is, the locking and unlocking of the telescopic push rod 322.
[0031] Figure 6 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of point B in Figure 2 . As shown in Figure 6 , a second stopper 341 may be provided on both sides of the other end of each outrigger beam 323 in the transverse direction. Two third stops 342 are provided on opposite sides of the longitudinal sides of the lower longitudinal beam 310 and on opposite sides of the connection between each outrigger beam 323 in the transverse direction. A reinforcing plate 343 is provided between each third stopper 342 and the lower longitudinal beam 310. Each third stopper 342 and the corresponding reinforcing plate 343 may be fixedly connected to the lower longitudinal beam 310 via bolts 344. The minimum distance between each pair of oppositely disposed third stops 342 is less than the sum of the widths of the outrigger beam 323 and the second stops 341 on either side of the outrigger beam 323.
[0032] In some embodiments, when the two end beams 330 are extended to fit a 40-foot container, reaching their maximum extension, the second stops 341 on either side of the outrigger 323 collide with the third stops 342 on the lower longitudinal beam 310, locking the telescopic push rod 322 at its maximum extension. During transportation, in the event of an emergency or braking situation, the impact of the container's inertia on the end beams 330 is absorbed and offset by the multiple sets of third stops 342, preventing damage to other parts of the spreader. This structure, working in conjunction with the telescopic locking mechanism 4, effectively addresses the issues of the end beams 330 being susceptible to external forces or impacts, leading to dimensional inaccuracies and impacts on container handling efficiency, as well as significant longitudinal impacts from acceleration and braking during transportation.
[0033] As shown in Figure 6, a raised guide groove can be provided in the longitudinal direction of the lower longitudinal beam 310, the outrigger beam 323 slides in the guide groove, the third stopper 342 is fixed at one end of the guide groove, the third stopper 342 can adopt a C-shaped structure, the reinforcing plate 343 cooperates with the bolt 344 to connect the third stopper 342 and the lower longitudinal beam 310, and the reinforcing plate 343 also plays a certain buffering role.
[0034] In some embodiments, the second stopper 341 , the third stopper 342 and the reinforcing plate 343 may be made of materials with strong impact resistance, such as plastic alloy and alloy steel, which is not limited in the present disclosure.
[0035] As shown in Figures 2 to 4, the sling may further include a lifting anti-sway assembly 5, wherein at least two groups of lifting anti-sway assemblies 5 are arranged relatively longitudinally. By operating at least two groups of lifting anti-sway assemblies 5, the lower frame 3 and the upper frame 2 can be moved closer to or separated from each other.
[0036] In some embodiments, each lifting and anti-sway assembly 5 may include a pulley seat 510, a lifting motor, an anti-sway motor, a lifting wire rope 520, and an anti-sway wire rope 530. Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of the pulley seat in Fig. 2 . As shown in Figures 1 to 4 and 7, the two pulley seats 510 are arranged on the lower longitudinal beam 310 in a horizontal direction, and each pulley seat 510 is clamped on the side of the lower longitudinal beam 310. Each pulley seat 510 is connected to the upper and lower surfaces of the lower longitudinal beam 310 respectively through two pins 511. Each pulley seat 510 is provided with a first movable pulley 512, a second movable pulley 513 and a third movable pulley 514. The first movable pulley 512 and the second movable pulley 513 are arranged in parallel, and the second movable pulley 513 and the third movable pulley 514 are arranged at an angle. The two lifting motors are arranged on the upper frame 2 in a horizontal direction, and the lifting motor and the first movable pulley 512 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence. The two anti-sway motors are arranged on the upper frame 2 in a horizontal direction, and the anti-sway motor and the third movable pulley 514 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence. The lifting wire rope 520 is arranged in a one-to-one correspondence with the lifting motor and the first movable pulley 512. The lifting wire rope 520 passes through the corresponding first movable pulley 512. One end of the lifting wire rope 520 is fixedly set on the upper frame 2, and the other end of the lifting wire rope 520 can be retracted and connected to the output end of the corresponding lifting motor. The anti-sway wire rope 530 and the anti-sway motor, the second movable pulley 513, and the third movable pulley 514 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence. The anti-sway wire rope 530 passes through the corresponding second movable pulley 513 and the third movable pulley 514. One end of the anti-sway wire rope 530 is fixedly set on the upper frame 2, and the other end of the anti-sway wire rope 530 can be retracted and connected to the output end of the corresponding anti-sway motor. The two anti-sway wire ropes 530 of each group of lifting anti-sway components 5 are cross-arranged.
[0037] In some embodiments, the lower frame 3 and the upper frame 2 can be fixedly connected or separated by operating the lifting anti-sway component 5, thereby realizing the assembly connection between the aerial transport vehicle and the container. The specific operation is: controlling the output ends of each lifting motor to rotate synchronously, so that the corresponding lifting wire rope 520 is extended synchronously, and then the corresponding first movable pulley 512 is lowered synchronously, driving the lower frame 3 to be lowered to a preset height. After completing the assembly of the container with the lower frame 3, controlling the output ends of each lifting motor to rotate in the opposite direction, so that the corresponding lifting wire rope 520 is reeled synchronously, and then the corresponding first movable pulley 512 is raised, driving the lower frame 3 equipped with the container to rise. After completing the locking of the upper frame 2 and the lower frame 3, the assembly connection between the sling and the container is completed; the unloading action of the container can be performed in the opposite way.
[0038] In some embodiments, a tension sensor may be provided on the lifting wire rope 520. The tension sensor may monitor abnormal conditions, such as overload or uneven force, to ensure the reliability of the assembly connection between the container and the vehicle body.
[0039] As shown in Figures 1-4 and 7 , the second movable pulley 513 and the third movable pulley 514 can be arranged at an angle, with the angle of the third movable pulley 514 facing the corresponding anti-sway motor, so that the two anti-sway steel ropes 530 are arranged crosswise. The third movable pulley 514 serves as a guide for the anti-sway steel ropes 530, preventing them from slipping. The two cross-arranged anti-sway steel ropes 530 restrict the movement of the lower frame 3, providing a good anti-sway effect, thereby reducing the phenomenon of steel rope shaking affecting transportation efficiency and having excellent practicality.
[0040] It should be noted that, in some embodiments, when the upper frame 2 and the lower frame 3 move relative to each other, the lifting motor and the anti-sway motor can operate synchronously, that is, the first movable pulley 512, the second movable pulley 513 and the third movable pulley 514 rise or fall at the same speed, and the first movable pulley 512, the second movable pulley 513 and the third movable pulley 514 can all be set on a pulley seat 510 to further ensure the anti-sway effect.
[0041] In some embodiments, the sling does not have a sling upper frame structure, and the pulley seat 510 is fixed to the lower frame 3 through four pins 511. When the sling needs to be maintained, it is only necessary to remove the pins 511 to complete the disassembly of the pulley seat 510 and the separation of the upper and lower frames. It is very convenient to disassemble and replace the sling.
[0042] In some embodiments, after the lower frame 3 and the upper frame 2 are separated, it is necessary to quickly assemble and connect the lower frame 3 and the container. In order to achieve rapid assembly and connection of containers of different specifications with the lower frame 3, the sling may further include a guide device 8. A guide device 8 is provided on both sides of the two end beams 330. The guide device 8 may also utilize the guide device disclosed in the patent document with application number 201911423648.9, and the content of this disclosure will not be repeated here.
[0043] As shown in Figures 1 to 4, the spreader may further include a locking device 6, which is arranged on the lower frame 3. When the lower frame 3 and the upper frame 2 approach each other, the locking device 6 is operated to lock the lower frame 3 and the upper frame 2 together. When the lower frame 3 and the container approach each other, the locking device 6 is operated to lock the lower frame 3 and the container together.
[0044] In some embodiments, there may be eight locking devices 6, four of which are respectively arranged upward at the four corners of the lower longitudinal beam 310, and the other four locking devices 6 are respectively arranged downward at the two ends of the end beams 330 of the two telescopic beams. By operating the locking devices 6 at the four corners of the lower longitudinal beam 310, the lower frame 3 and the upper frame 2 can be locked to each other, and by operating the locking devices 6 at the two ends of the two end beams 330, the lower frame 3 and the container can be locked to each other.
[0045] Figure 8 is a schematic diagram of the structure of the locking device in Figure 2. As shown in Figure 8, the locking device 6 can include a drive mechanism, a handle 620, and a locking head 630. The locking head 630 is fixedly mounted on the head of the handle 620. The output end of the drive mechanism is connected to the handle 620. Operating the drive mechanism can drive the handle 620 to rotate. Through holes corresponding to the locking heads 630 are formed on the bottom of the upper frame 2 and the corner fittings 910 at the four corners of the container. The locking heads 630 can be operably passed through the through holes to connect with the upper frame 2 or the corner fittings 910 at the four corners of the container.
[0046] In some embodiments, the specific structure of the locking device 6 has been described in the Chinese patent application with application number "201911423648.9" and named "Frame and Aerial Transport Vehicle", and will not be repeated in this disclosure.
[0047] Different from the locking device 6 disclosed in the Chinese patent document with application number "201911423648.9", in some embodiments, the driving mechanism of the locking device 6 may include a third driving member 611, a connecting member 612, a third connecting rod 613 and a fourth connecting rod 614. The connecting member 612 and the fourth connecting rod 614 are arranged horizontally, and the third connecting rod 613 is arranged longitudinally. One end of the connecting member 612 is connected to the output end of the third driving member 611. The output end of the third driving member 611 can drive the connecting member 612 to rotate with one end of the connecting member 612 as the center of the circle. The other end of the connecting member 612 is rotatably connected to one end of the third connecting rod 613, the other end of the third connecting rod 613 is rotatably connected to one end of the fourth connecting rod 614, and the other end of the fourth connecting rod 614 is rotatably connected to the turning handle 620. In this way, the rotation of the turning handle 620 can be achieved by controlling the output end of the third driving member 611 to work.
[0048] In some embodiments, in combination with Figure 8, the driving mechanism may further include a fifth connecting rod 615, one end of the fifth connecting rod 615 is rotatably connected to the other end of the third connecting rod 613, the other end of the fifth connecting rod 615 extends in a direction away from the fourth connecting rod 614, and the other end of the fifth connecting rod 615 is rotatably connected to another rotating handle 620. In this way, the rotation of the two rotating handles 620 can be achieved through a third driving member 611, thereby achieving the driving of the two locking devices 6.
[0049] In some embodiments, the third driving member 611 may be a reduction motor. Of course, other types of braking devices may also be used, and this disclosure does not limit this.
[0050] In some embodiments, the four locking devices 6 at the four corners of the lower longitudinal beam 310 may have different sizes from the four locking devices at both ends of the two end beams 330 to respectively adapt to the locking between the lower frame 3 and the upper frame 2 or the lower frame 3 and the container.
[0051] FIG9 is a schematic diagram of a portion of the lower frame shown in FIG2 . As shown in conjunction with FIG8 and FIG9 , a longitudinal output shaft 640 can be provided on the side of the connecting member 612 facing away from the third drive member 611. The axis of the output shaft 640 passes through the center of the circle of rotation of the connecting member 612. Support seats 650 corresponding to the output shaft 640 are fixedly provided on both the lower longitudinal beam 310 and the end beam 330 of the telescopic beam. The output shaft 640 can rotatably pass through the corresponding support seats 650. A manual drive lever 660 is mounted on the portion of the output shaft 640 that passes through the support seats 650. When the third drive member 611 malfunctions, causing the locking mechanism to fail to lock, the manual drive lever 660 can be manually rotated to rotate the output shaft 640. The output shaft 640 then drives the connecting member 612 to rotate about one end of the connecting member 612, thereby rotating the handle 620.
[0052] In some embodiments, the portion of the output shaft 640 that passes through the support seat 650 can be a polygonal prism structure, such as a hexagonal prism structure, to facilitate the manual drive rod 660 to rotate it. It can also be other structures, such as setting splines on the side of the cylindrical structure, etc., and the present disclosure does not limit this.
[0053] In some embodiments, the manual drive rod 660 is detachably mounted on the output shaft 640. When manual drive is required, the output shaft 640 is inserted into a hole on the manual drive rod 660 that matches the end of the output shaft 640. The manual drive rod 660 can be configured as an L-shaped rod structure or other structures, such as a Z-shaped rod structure, which is not limited in this disclosure.
[0054] Referring to Figures 2-4 , the spreader can also include an anti-fall device 7, which is mounted on the lower frame 3. By operating the anti-fall device 7, the lower frame 3 and the container can be locked together. The lower frame 3 and the container are locked together by a locking device 6. To ensure safety during transportation and prevent accidents such as breakage of the locking device 6, the spreader is equipped with the anti-fall device 7, which further stabilizes the structure between the container and the lower frame 3.
[0055] In some embodiments, there may be four anti-falling devices 7 , which are respectively arranged on both sides of the end beams 330 of the two telescopic beams. The four anti-falling devices 7 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence with the four locking devices 6 on the telescopic beams.
[0056] FIG10 is a schematic structural diagram of the anti-fall device shown in FIG4 . In conjunction with FIG10 , the anti-fall device 7 may include a fixed support 710, a swing arm 720, a fourth driving member 730, and a hook arm 740. The fixed support 710 is disposed on one side of the end beam 330 of the telescopic beam in a transverse direction. The swing arm 720 is disposed below the fixed support 710. The swing arm 720 and the fixed support 710 are rotatably connected via a pin 721. The fourth driving member 730 is fixedly disposed on the end beam 330 of the telescopic beam in a transverse direction. The output end of the fourth driving member 730 is rotatably connected to the swing arm 720. The hook arm 740 is fixedly disposed on the swing arm 720. The fourth driving member 730 can drive the swing arm 720 to rotate about the pin 721 so that the hooks of the hook arm 740 can be operably hooked into the side holes of the corner fittings 910 at the four corners of the container. Thus, by controlling the output end of the fourth driving member 730, the hook arm 740 can be controlled to connect or disconnect with the corner fittings 910 at the four corners of the container.
[0057] In some embodiments, the fixed support 710 may include two oppositely disposed fixed plates 711, each of which has oppositely disposed circular holes in the transverse direction. A pin 721 is longitudinally fixed to the swing arm 720. The swing arm 720 is movably disposed between the two fixed plates 711, with the ends of the pin 721 rotatably disposed within the two circular holes. This allows the swing arm 720 to rotate about the pin 721. The output end of the fourth drive member 730 may be rotatably connected to the swing arm 720 via a spherical bearing. The swing arm 720 rotates relatively slowly, and the vertical stress generated by the rotation of the swing arm 720 is borne by the spherical bearing, without affecting the operation of the fourth drive member 730.
[0058] In some embodiments, in combination with what is shown in FIG10 , each anti-fall device 7 may further include a locking plate 750, a fifth driving member 770 and a latch 760. The locking plate 750 is laterally fixed to the swing arm 720. One end of the locking plate 750 extends between the telescopic beam and the corner fittings 910 at the four corners of the container. A vertical locking hole is provided on the locking plate 750. The latch 760 is connected to the output end of the fifth driving member 770. The fifth driving member 770 can drive the latch 760 to extend and retract vertically. When the fourth driving member 730 drives the swing arm 720 to make the hook of the hook arm 740 hook into the side hole of the corner fittings 910 at the four corners of the container, the fifth driving member 770 can drive the latch 760 to be inserted into the locking hole to complete the locking of the hook arm 740, thereby ensuring that the hook of the hook arm 740 is always hooked into the side hole of the corner fittings 910 at the four corners of the container during transportation and does not become unhooked.
[0059] In some embodiments, the lower frame 3 and the container can be further locked by operating the anti-fall device 7. The specific operation is as follows: before the spreader is loaded or unloaded, the swing arm 720 of the anti-fall device 7 is rotated outward in the transverse direction of the end beam 330 of the telescopic beam under the action of the fourth driving member 730. At this time, the hook arm 740 has no contact with the container. After the lower frame 3 and the container are locked to the box, the hook arm 740 of the anti-fall device 7 is retracted under the action of the fourth driving member 730, so that the hook of the hook arm 740 is hooked on the container. The locking plate 750 on the swing arm 720 moves laterally with the swing arm 720 between the end beam 330 and the corner fittings 910 at the four corners of the container until the locking plate 750 is in a horizontal state, so that the locking hole on the locking plate 750 can correspond to the latch 760. At this time, the fifth driving member 770 drives the latch 760 into the locking hole, limiting the horizontal movement of the hook arm 740, ensuring that the hook of the hook arm 740 is always hooked in the side hole of the corner fittings 910 at the four corners of the container and does not become unhooked.
[0060] In some embodiments, the fourth driving member 730 and the fifth driving member 770 can both be servo electric push rods, or other mechanisms, such as hydraulic cylinders, etc., which are not limited in this disclosure.
[0061] In some embodiments, the spreader can also be equipped with multiple sensors to detect its position and posture. For example, the upper and lower frames can be equipped with visual recognition sensors, height ranging sensors, and tilt sensors to detect the spatial position of the spreader relative to the container and the spatial position between the upper and lower frames. This enables fully automatic container alignment, grabbing, and unloading, while facilitating adjustments to the control system to ensure smooth lifting and transportation.
[0062] In some embodiments, the specific steps for lifting a container using a sling of a suspended transport vehicle may be as follows: the suspended transport vehicle travels empty to its destination and stops, with the container now directly below the sling → operating the lifting assembly to separate the upper frame 2 and the lower frame 3 → operating the lifting anti-sway assembly 5 to lower the lower frame 3 → opening the anti-fall device 7 on the lower frame 3 → operating the telescopic locking mechanism 4 to align the end beams 330 on the lower frame 3 with both sides of the container → operating the locking device 6 between the lower frame 3 and the container to complete the locking of the lower frame 3 and the container → retracting the anti-fall device 7 on the lower frame 3 to allow the anti-fall device 7 to drag the container → operating the lifting anti-sway assembly 5 to raise the lower frame 3 and the container as a whole → operating the lifting anti-sway assembly 5 and the locking device 6 to lock the upper frame 2 and the lower frame 3 → the suspended transport vehicle completes the loading process, and the vehicle can start transportation. The unloading process proceeds in reverse.
[0063] In summary, the frame and the suspension transport vehicle sling disclosed in the present invention enhance the lifting and stabilization of the box process through the telescopic locking mechanism 4, lock and double protection of the upper frame 2 and the lower frame 3 through the lifting anti-sway component 5 and the locking device 6, and lock and double protection of the lower frame 3 and the container through the locking device 6 and the anti-fall device 7, so that the structure of the sling is more stable and the safety is higher.
