THREE-SECTION SLIDE MECHANISM

Abstract

The invention relates to a three-link sliding rail mechanism consisting of an outer link (1), a middle link (2), and an inner link (3). The middle link (2) consists of a middle rail (21) that slides on the outer link (1), a ball slide plate (22) that slides on the middle rail (21), and a leaf spring (23) at one end of the middle rail (21). The ball slide plate (22) has a plate body (221), a synchronous block (223), and a locating hole (225) made on the plate body (223). The inner link (3) consists of an inner rail (31) and a synchronous actuator (35) that rotates into the inner rail (31). The synchronous actuator (35) is in the release state, engaging with the synchronous block (223) during the extended movement of the inner link (3) relative to the middle link (2) to perform the synchronous movement of the ball slide plate (22) with the inner link (3) until the locating hole (225) of the ball slide plate is engaged with the leaf spring (23).
