Abstract

The shoe part (100, 200, 300) is co-molded with a physical foamed midsole comprising a composite outsole (10, 40, 50) and a physical foamed midsole (20). The composite outsole (10, 40, 50) consists of a sole layer (11, 41, 51) and a mesh layer (12, 42, 52) with the first surface (121, 421, 5231) and the second surface (122, 422, 5211) facing each other. The first surface (121, 421, 5231) has the first surface texture (123, 423, 5232) and is attached to the sole layer (11, 41, 51). The second surface (122, 422, 5211) has a second surface texture (124, 424, 5212) different from the first surface texture (123, 423, 5232). The underside of the midsole is made of physical foam (20) which goes into part of the second surface texture (124, 424, 5212) to create an anchoring effect with the mesh layer (12, 42, 52). The invention proposes a method for manufacturing shoe components (100, 200, 300).
