Welding method for creating heat sinks using a laser beam.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for welding a radiator (3) consisting of a step for preparing a laser welding device (4), at least one radiator tube (32), and a radiator body (31) consisting of an outer baffle (3113) and two holes (3111, 3112) of different maximum diameters (3111D, 3112D). The method also includes a step for connecting the radiator tube (32) to the radiator body (31) and determining the weld (P) between the radiator tube (32) and the outer baffle (3113). The method also includes a step for bringing the weld (P) into the laser welding operation using a laser beam. The laser welding device (4) emits a laser beam at a welding angle (θ) determined between the boundary line (P1) and the laser beam and ranging from 0 to 30 degrees, allowing the laser beam to penetrate deep into the weld (P) to cause self-melting of the weld (P), thereby creating a heat sink (3) with complete sealing effect.
