The stepless locking mechanism for eliminating disc clearance in the invention includes a rotating disc, a drive unit, and a locking assembly. The locking assembly consists of a drive rod, a limit disc, a first rotating frame, a second rotating frame, and a locking wheel. When the drive rod is energized, it pushes the first rotating frame outwards along the limit disc. At this point, the first and second rotating frames rotate to close the angle between them, causing the two locking wheels to move closer together, engaging simultaneously with the gear rim of the rotating disc, thereby achieving stepless locking of the rotating disc without clearance. This mechanism operates by the drive rod activating the first rotating frame, allowing the locking wheels to move synchronously with the support of the second rotating frame, ensuring a smooth operation.Thanks to the smooth interlocking between the two locking wheels and the rotating disc gear, this mechanism completely eliminates looseness after locking, preventing the seat from still wobbling slightly even after the disc is fixed.
