Abstract

This invention relates to a light-emitting diode and a display device comprising such a light-emitting diode. The display device may comprise: a display plate; first, second and third subpixels on a substrate; and a first light-emitting diode in the first subpixel emitting first colored light, a second light-emitting diode in the second subpixel emitting second colored light, and a third light-emitting diode in the third subpixel emitting third colored light, wherein the first light-emitting diode may have a first subpixel pattern, the second light-emitting diode may have a second subpixel pattern, and the third light-emitting diode may have a third subpixel pattern, and wherein the first subpixel pattern, the second subpixel pattern and the third subpixel pattern may be such that they are distinct from one another to be proprietary.
