Intraoral detector

Abstract

The invention relates to an oral detector comprising a housing (1), a detector (2), an inflator (3), a connecting device (4), a pressure sensor (5), and a control device (7). The detector (2) comprises an air bag (21) appropriately fitted to be placed in the subject's oral cavity and defining the air chamber (211), and a connecting tube (23) that communicates air to the air bag (21). The inflator (3) comprises a main body (31) and an inflator tube (32) with a connecting device (323). The connecting device (4) is separately connected between the inflator (3) and the connecting tube (23). A pressure sensor (5) is used to detect the pressure in the air chamber (211) to generate a pressure detection value. The control unit (7) controls the inflation unit (3) to fill the air chamber (211) with air, and to compare the pressure reading received from the pressure sensor (5) with the standard pressure value to generate a reading result related to the subject's oral function.
