Display panels and the methods used to manufacture them.

Abstract

The invention relates to a display panel comprising a substrate with multiple pixels, each pixel having a first pattern region and a second pattern region adjacent to the first pattern region. An isolation layer is arranged on the substrate and includes a first indentation pattern within the first pattern region. A pair of light-emitting elements are arranged on the first indentation pattern of the isolation layer. The first indentation pattern has a length in the first direction and a length in the second direction different from the first direction. The light-emitting regions of the pair of light-emitting elements are offset in different directions from the first or second extension line extending from the center of the first indentation pattern, allowing for improved display quality even if one light-emitting element is defective. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing the display panel.
