ASSEMBLY OF CONNECTING DETAILS FOR PRECAST BUILDING COMPONENTS

Abstract

The invention proposes a set of connecting components for precast building elements (1) with a structure consisting of: a female connector (10) fixed inside a precast building element (2) and structured with a connecting hole (15) with internal threads; and a male connector (20) located inside another precast building element (3) structured with a connecting bolt (26) with external threads (263) and a pair of rotating drive ribs (264), and a wrench (28) with a pair of mounting grooves (281) that receive the pair of rotating drive ribs (264). By simply tightening the wrench (28) to rotate the connecting bolt (26), the external thread (263) of the bolt (26) will engage with the internal thread of the connecting hole (15), thereby creating a connecting force between the two precast building elements (2, 3) together. This type of connecting assembly has a simple structure with few components, making it convenient, quick, and easy to operate. Importantly, it can create a large compressive force between the two connecting surfaces of precast building components, thereby creating a strong bond.
