Abstract

The invention provides a light-emitting diode display device and a display panel therein. The light-emitting diode display device consists of a substrate containing a pixel, the pixel consisting of an emitting region and a non-emitting region; a first isolation layer arranged on the substrate; a step compensation pattern arranged on the first isolation layer and corresponding to the emitting region; a second isolation layer covering the step compensation pattern; a first electrode arranged on the second isolation layer and corresponding to the step compensation pattern; and a pixel definition layer arranged on the second isolation layer and in the non-emitting region, the pixel definition layer covering the edge of the first electrode and having a gap in correspondence to the center of the first electrode, in which the step compensation pattern is shaped like the gap.
