Yarn winding machine

Abstract

The invention relates to a yarn winding machine which is capable of the yarn end on the tube side where the creation of the tube is completed being entangled on the hollow yarn bobbin side being reduced. The yarn winding machine (1) consists of yarn bobbin holders (24A) and (24B), a conversion assembly, a dividing plate (65), and a controller (26). In the completed state where the conversion operation is completed, the tube (P) is held by the yarn bobbin holder (24A), and the dividing plate (65) is in the wall position, the first virtual straight line (VLS1) is defined. Two virtual tangents (first virtual tangent (VLT1) and second virtual tangent (VLT2)) are in contact with the outer perimeter edge of the yarn bobbin holder (24B), which are parallel to the first virtual straight line (VLS1), are defined. The dividing plate (65) passes through both virtual tangents and is positioned away from the yarn holding guide (44). The controller (26) positions the split plate (65) at the back wall position after the conversion operation is completed, and begins to move the fiber holding guide bar (44) from the holding position towards the shrinkage position before the split plate (65) goes to the back wall position.
