Relay delay circuit and relay control methods

Abstract

The invention proposes a relay trip delay circuit and a relay control method. The relay trip delay circuit includes a power control chip that outputs the first safety signal, a microcontroller chip that outputs the second safety signal and a control signal group, a delay module, and a relay control module. The delay module receives the first safety signal, the second safety signal, and the control signal group, and outputs the first enable signal, the second enable signal, and the safety status signal. When the microcontroller chip resets, the first enable signal will delay the tripping action of the relay control module until after a preset time, greater than the reset time. The power control chip and the microcontroller chip output the first and second safety signals according to their respective safety states to enhance the safety of the circuit by determining a dual safety state.
