Testing module and testing system

Abstract

The invention relates to an inspection module for inspecting workpieces comprising a receiving module and a side view module. The receiving module comprises a receiving fixture and a receiving spindle configured to hold and rotate the workpiece. The side view module comprises a side view camera. The receiving module is configured to: (1) position the workpiece held by the receiving fixture in front of the side view camera so that the side view camera captures the first side view image of the workpiece; and (2) rotate the workpiece held by the receiving fixture by a predetermined angle through the receiving spindle so that the side view camera captures the second side view image of the workpiece. The first side view image and the second side view image correspond to different side view positions of the workpiece. In addition, the invention relates to a workpiece inspection system using this inspection module.
