Abstract

The invention relates to a display device. The display device comprises a substrate consisting of an emitting and a non-emitting region; a ridge structure arranged on the surface of the substrate, overlapping the emitting region, and having a protruding structure; a first insulating layer arranged on the ridge structure; a first anode electrode arranged on the first insulating layer; and a second insulating layer covering the edge of the first anode electrode, defining the opening, and in contact with the first insulating layer. The upper surface of the first anode electrode is positioned away from the second insulating layer in the non-emitting region, and a cutout is formed between the first anode electrode and the second insulating layer.
