Abstract

The invention proposes a platform server and integrated management method for smart buildings based on artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things (IoT). The platform server comprises a communication unit, a processor, a database, and an input / output unit. The processor manages at least one piece of information obtained from at least one IoT terminal, smart meter, and user terminal installed in the building, including information on air conditioning, control information, utility information, and environmental information; learns from the obtained information to create a predictive energy model for the building's utility; learns from the obtained information to create a predictive air conditioning model for the building; and uses the predictive energy model and the predictive air conditioning model to create a control model for the utility in order to control that utility.
