Abstract

The invention proposes an air cushion capable of reliably inflating an airbag in one direction, and a method for fabricating such a cushion. The air cushion consists of a cushion body comprising a main body, multiple airbags and multiple air ducts, one of which is an inflating airbag; and a one-way air inflating door assembly which is a thin plate structure fitted within the inflating airbag, in which the first embossed section is formed on the main body and contacts at least part of the one-way air inflating door assembly in an overlapping manner, and the stiffness of the main body corresponding to the first embossed section is greater than the stiffness of the main body corresponding to the one-way air inflating door assembly, and does not overlap the first embossed section.
