Abstract

The invention proposes a hierarchical contract generation system for national-specific copyright licensing agreements, which includes: a contract server (100) configured to generate a base contract from which a separate contract is generated between the copyright owner of the original work and the copyright owner of the derivative work under the common legal system between countries when the nationality of the copyright owner of the original work is different from the nationality of the copyright owner of the derivative work created from the original work, and to generate a separate contract based on the base contract; and a distributed file storage server (200) configured to store and manage national-specific copyright information relating to the original work and the derivative work to generate the separate contract, in which the contract server (100) includes: an information storage unit configured to store information to generate the base contract and the separate contract;The base contract creation unit is configured to generate base contracts using information stored in the base contract information storage unit and the base contract template; the custom contract creation unit is configured to generate custom contracts from the base contract using binding syntax, which is an intermediary language to convert the wording of the base contract to conform to the specific national legal system; and the signature processing unit is configured to process user signatures on each contract.
