Abstract

The invention relates to a drug-delivering nanomaterial with a micelle structure reinforced by a hybrid polymer matrix containing Curcumin, Saponin, Fucoidan, and active compounds from Cordyceps sinensis, along with a method for fabricating this material. The material according to the invention is characterized by a structure consisting of a hydrophobic core containing Curcumin anchored by a complex shell at the phase interface formed from the hydrophobic interaction between Saponin and Cordyceps sinensis protein, and surrounded by a semipermeable polymer matrix network formed by the interweaving of Fucoidan and a protein-polysaccharide complex. The resulting nanoparticles have a uniform size ranging from 30 nm to 200 nm, exist as a dry powder, and have good redispersion in water to form a stable colloidal system.This unique structure addresses the problem of poor stability of traditional nanosystems in the acidic environment of the stomach, allowing for the simultaneous loading and retention of both hydrophobic and hydrophilic active substances (Adenosine, Cordycepin) with high encapsulation efficiency, while also demonstrating superior inhibitory activity against lung cancer cells through enhanced cell penetration and synergistic effects.
