Incoterms rule selection section that receives a selection of one of multiple Incoterms rules; An Incoterms quotation template generation unit that generates an Incoterms quotation template according to the above-selected Incoterms rules; A forwarder control unit that provides the above Incoterms quotation template to the forwarder and prompts the forwarder to fill in the service fee for each transaction item in the above Incoterms quotation template; and An Incoterms-based logistics forwarding service device including a forwarder quotation processing unit that determines at least one candidate forwarder based on the service fee for each transaction item and generates an Incoterms-adaptive quotation.
