Abstract

The invention describes a process for treating household-scale pig farming waste using photosynthetic microorganisms (PSB) combined with red LED lighting. A mixture of manure and wastewater is collected in a container with an agitator to maintain homogeneity, then pumped to a reaction tank with an agitator and red LEDs. Photosynthetic microorganisms are added to the reaction tank and the biological reaction is maintained for a minimum of 20 hours. The resulting mixture is discharged into a multi-cell filter bed to separate the manure. The solid residue after dewatering is recovered as semi-finished fertilizer, while the leachate is collected for plant irrigation. The process described in the invention is simple, suitable for small-scale farming, contributes to reducing environmental pollution, and utilizes waste in line with the circular economy.
