QUICK-ASSEMBLY FIREWORKS EXTRUSION MACHINE

Abstract

The invention relates to a granule extruder used in the production of fireworks, for the purpose of manufacturing combustible filling. The machine comprises a frame, a drive unit, a screw-cylinder unit, an extrusion head, and a feeding unit. The distinguishing feature of the invention is the automatic feeding unit, which has a material stirring mechanism driven by a pneumatic motor and a pneumatic cylinder-operated lifting and lowering feed hopper, isolating the operator from the hazardous area. The screw-cylinder unit is designed for quick disassembly, allowing for rapid removal in case of material blockage, reducing downtime and enhancing safety. The machine uses explosion-proof materials and equipment, suitable for fireworks production under high safety requirements.
