COMPLEX PLANETARY DEPRESSION

Abstract

The invention relates to a complex planetary gear reducer consisting of a housing in which an input part, a fixed ring, multiple rolling parts, and an output part are arranged. The output part has an output inner ring surface, and the fixed ring has a fixed gear ring formed in the inner ring of the fixed ring. The input part has an input gear part that passes through the fixed ring. Each rolling part has a rolling gear part that meshes with the input gear part and forms a first-stage gear contact with the fixed ring, and a rolling friction part that forms a second-stage traction contact with the output inner ring surface. The difference between the effective contact radius of the output inner ring surface and the working pitch radius of the fixed ring allows the rolling gear part and the rolling friction part to satisfy a constant speed relationship during operation and to create a differential coupling.
