Abstract
The invention relates to a system for processing sun-dried beef, in which by arranging rotating drying racks (20) in a greenhouse (10) it is possible to use direct sunlight for heating through the greenhouse effect, saving energy. In addition, by arranging rotating drying racks (20) with easily removable drying trays (23) it is possible to easily adjust and increase the drying area. The system combined with a suction fan (32), convection fan (31) and heating unit (40) allows for flexible operation and easy quality control, ensuring hygiene and food safety for the finished sun-dried beef.
