QUICK CONNECTOR FOR LIQUID COOLING SYSTEMS

Abstract

The invention relates to a quick connector for a liquid cooling system comprising a connector head and a connector body. The connector head has a fitting part, and the connector body has a fitting hole corresponding to the fitting part. The fitting part is inserted into the fitting hole, so that the fitting part and the fitting hole together create an interference fit in the axial direction. The interference fit is established in the interference fit through a temperature differential assembly process, thereby creating a tight coupling interface. Thus, the anti-loosening and leak prevention effect can be significantly improved, and the quick connector for a liquid cooling system is suitable for connecting fluids in a liquid cooling system.
