Abstract

The invention relates to an online data processing system for evaluating the production capacity of enterprises and the digital skills of workers. The system comprises a user device (10) configured to input data and display the results data, and a data processing server (100) connected via communication with the user device (10). The data processing server (100) includes a data communication module (20), an authentication and authorization module (30), a data normalization module (40), an evaluation database (50), an enterprise production capacity calculation module (60), an individual capacity matching module (70), and a results output module (80). The evaluation database (50) stores enterprise data, individual data, standard data, and results data. The enterprise production capacity calculation module (60) determines the evaluation score based on multiple groups of enterprise evaluation indicators. The individual competency matching module (70) determines the competency level of workers by matching individual competency data with competency benchmark data.The output module (80) generates output data including enterprise rating scores, enterprise classification levels, employee competency levels and corresponding skill training recommendations.
