Abstract

This invention provides a complex two-spindle, two-tool holder, two-path machining device relating to the field of complex machine tool engineering, comprising a machining body, wherein the machining body includes: a cast base, a gantry frame and at least two machining modules mounted on the gantry frame, between the center axis of the tool holder assembly and the center axis of the spindle assembly a first angle is arranged and between the tool mounting surface of the tool holder assembly and the center axis of the tool holder assembly a second angle is arranged.Each independent machining module in this invention can perform tool changes at any position without being limited by the positional constraints of traditional tool holders. Furthermore, compared to large "single-service" tool holders, there is no interference between the parts; it also has advantages such as a compact structure, high tool change efficiency, stable and reliable operation; and, compared to traditional multi-station machining, the device has greater versatility, capable of machining identical or different parts.
