Abstract

This invention relates to the field of machine tool machining technology, concerning a three-axis, three-tool holder interlocking machining device, which includes a base on which a work table is mounted, movable along the X and Y axes. A fixed support is mounted on the work table, with sliding supports attached to the work table at both ends and adjustable to equal distances. One end of the fixed support and the sliding support are fitted with the first mounting plate, while the other end of the fixed support and the sliding support are fitted with the second mounting plate. Both the first and second mounting plates are fitted with cylindrical components that can automatically adjust to fit the shape of the product. This effectively solves the existing technical problem of rigid clamping mechanisms having small contact areas with the workpiece, concentrated pressure, and a tendency to create dents on the workpiece surface, especially for workpieces with complex shapes.Traditional jigs and fixtures make it difficult to achieve complete and precise fixation, so workpiece displacement is common during machining, affecting machining accuracy.
