An air-conditioned garment for conditioning the internal space between the garment and a wearer when the garment is worn by the wearer, comprising: a garment body that can be worn by the wearer, the garment body having a front portion located forward so as to face the chest and abdomen of the wearer when the garment is worn by the wearer, and a rear portion located rearward so as to face the back of the wearer; a first attachment portion provided at the rear portion 1 of the garment body and having a first air-conditioning hole penetrating between the inner and outer surfaces of the garment body, the first attachment portion being capable of detachably mounting a first temperature adjustment device that takes in outside air into the air-conditioned garment through the first air-conditioning hole; a second attachment portion provided at the rear portion of the garment body and having a second air-conditioning hole penetrating between the inner and outer surfaces of the garment body, the second attachment portion being capable of detachably mounting a second temperature adjustment device that takes in outside air into the air-conditioned garment through the second air-conditioning hole; an air-conditioned garment comprising: a collar portion provided at an upper end of the garment body, which extends upward and covers at least the rear of the back of the wearer's head above the neck when worn by the wearer; wherein, when the air-conditioned garment is being conditioned, outside air taken into the inside of the garment body through the first air-conditioning hole and the second air-conditioning hole passes through a rear air-conditioning space existing between the rear of the garment body and the wearer's back, forming an airflow passage that flows toward between the inner surface of the collar portion and the rear of the back of the wearer's head above the neck; and the collar portion has a shape that covers at least the rear of the back of the wearer's head.

2. The air-conditioning garment according to claim 1, characterized in that the collar portion is provided with a reinforcing member in part or entirely to maintain the shape.

3. The air-conditioning garment according to claim 2, characterized in that the reinforcing member is a reinforcing fabric or an interlining.

4. The air-conditioning garment according to claim 1, characterized in that the collar portion is provided continuously from the upper end of the rear portion of the garment body to the upper end of the front portion of the garment body.

5. The air-conditioning garment according to claim 4, characterized in that the height of the collar portion gradually decreases from the portion facing the temples of the wearer toward the front.

6. The air-conditioning garment according to claim 5, characterized in that the height of the collar portion gradually decreases toward the front above the upper end of the front part of the garment body.

The air-conditioned garment as described in claim 6, characterized in that the flat shape of the collar portion when unfolded is symmetrical in the horizontal direction of the collar portion, the height from the bottom end to the top end of the collar portion in the horizontal direction is the highest at the center of the collar portion, and the height from the bottom end to the top end of the collar portion in the horizontal direction is the lowest at both ends of the collar portion.

8. The air-conditioned garment according to claim 7, characterized in that the upper end of the flat shape of the collar portion when unfolded is convex, and the lower end of the flat shape of the collar portion when unfolded is concave.

The air-conditioned garment described in claim 3, characterized in that the collar portion comprises: a first fabric constituting the inner surface of the collar portion; a second fabric constituting the outer surface of the collar portion; and an inner core material fixed to at least one of the first and second fabrics and constituting the reinforcing member, and the upper end of the garment body is fixed in a sandwiched manner between the lower end of the first fabric and the lower end of the second fabric, thereby connecting the upper end of the garment body and the lower end of the collar portion.

10. The air-conditioning garment according to claim 9, characterized in that the collar portion further comprises a storage portion provided in the first fabric on the inner surface of the collar portion.

The air-conditioned garment according to claim 9, characterized in that a first folded portion formed by folding back the upper end of the first fabric to sandwich the upper end of the inner core, and a second folded portion formed by folding back the upper end of the second fabric, are sewn together with the upper end of the inner core with a first seam that runs continuously along the upper end of the collar from the inner surface to the outer surface of the collar when they are stuck together; and a third folded portion formed by folding back the lower part of the first fabric to sandwich the lower end of the inner core, and a fourth folded portion formed by folding back the lower end of the second fabric, are sewn together with the lower end of the inner core and the upper end of the garment body with a second seam that runs continuously along the lower end of the collar from the inner surface to the outer surface of the collar when they are stuck together.

The air-conditioned garment as described in claim 10, characterized in that the collar portion is provided between the first fabric and the second fabric so as to extend laterally from the center of the collar portion facing the back side of the back of the head above the neck of the wearer, and further comprises a reinforcing core material harder than the first fabric and the second fabric.

15. The air-conditioning garment according to claim 14, characterized in that the position of the upper end of the reinforcing core is the same as the position of the upper end of the storage section.

An air-conditioned garment as described in claim 14, characterized in that the collar portion is bent so that the outer surface of the upper portion of the collar portion overlaps the outer surface of the lower portion of the collar portion, with a line passing through the upper end of the reinforcing core as the boundary.

17. An air-conditioned garment as described in claim 14, characterized in that it comprises an air ventilation space adjustment part provided on the inner surface of the rear part of the garment body so as to be positioned between an upper end of the rear part of the garment body to which the collar part is connected and an attachment area in which the first attachment part and the second attachment part are located, and the air ventilation space adjustment part adjusts the distance between the first adjustment part and the second adjustment part on the inner surface of the rear part of the garment body to adjust the shape of the rear part of the garment body, thereby adjusting the shape of the rear ventilation space during the air conditioning.

18. An air-conditioned garment as described in claim 17, characterized in that the first adjustment part is located to the right of the center line of the rear part of the garment body, the second adjustment part is located to the left of the center line of the rear part of the garment body, and the first adjustment part and the second adjustment part are arranged side by side in the horizontal direction of the garment body.

19. The air-conditioned garment described in claim 18, characterized in that the ventilation space adjustment part includes an adjustment cord having a first end connected to the first adjustment part on the inner surface of the rear part of the garment body and a second end connected to the second adjustment part on the inner surface of the rear part of the garment body, and the ventilation space adjustment part adjusts the shape of the rear ventilation space by adjusting the length between the first end and the second end of the adjustment cord.

20. The air-conditioning garment according to claim 14, characterized in that the length of the adjustment string before adjustment is longer than the width of the reinforcing core material.

21. The air-conditioning garment according to claim 20, characterized in that the ventilation space adjustment section is disposed closer to the collar section than the attachment area.

22. The air-conditioned garment according to claim 19, characterized in that the adjustment string has a plurality of adjustment holes formed therein, and the adjustment string has an engagement portion that engages with any one of the plurality of adjustment holes.

23. The air-conditioned garment as described in claim 20, characterized in that the rear ventilation space includes an area surrounded by the adjustment cords after adjustment and the inner surface of the rear part of the air-conditioned garment, and the air flow passage passes through at least the area surrounded by the adjustment cords after adjustment and the inner surface of the rear part of the air-conditioned garment, and passes through at least the area between the reinforcing core material and the back of the wearer's head.

24. The air-conditioning garment according to claim 19, characterized in that the length of the adjustment string before being adjusted is longer than the width of the storage section.

The air-conditioned garment as described in claim 24, characterized in that the rear ventilation space includes an area surrounded by the adjustment cords after adjustment and the inner surface of the rear part of the air-conditioned garment, and the air flow passage passes through at least the area surrounded by the adjustment cords after adjustment and the inner surface of the rear part of the air-conditioned garment, and also passes through at least the area between the storage section and the back of the wearer's head.

26. The air-conditioned garment as described in claim 25, characterized in that the height from the bottom to the top of the storage section in the vertical direction of the air-conditioned garment is less than half the height from the bottom to the top of the center of the collar section.

27. The air-conditioned garment as described in claim 1, further comprising: a first temperature adjustment device attached to the first mounting portion; and a second temperature adjustment device attached to the second mounting portion.

The air-conditioned garment as described in claim 1, characterized in that the first attachment portion allows a first heating device, which generates heat using power supplied from a power source, to be attached and detached when the first temperature adjustment device is detached, and the second attachment portion allows a second heating device, which generates heat using power supplied from a power source, to be attached and detached when the second temperature adjustment device is detached.

29. The air-conditioning garment according to claim 1, characterized in that the air-conditioning garment is a vest or a blouson.

30. The air-conditioning garment according to claim 1, characterized in that the first temperature adjustment device is a first fan, and the second temperature adjustment device is a second fan.
