Abstract
This invention presents a process for producing the CT3 bio-enzyme preparation from cocoa lees – an agricultural byproduct with potential pollution risks. Using a sequential aerobic-anaerobic fermentation method over 90 days with an optimal substrate ratio, the process creates a crude bio-enzyme system with strong decontaminating activity. The CT3 preparation is then mixed with organic components (coconut glycoside, xanthan gum, pH buffer system) to form a biological surface cleaning solution with a pH of 5.4 ± 0.2. The product is completely biodegradable, eliminating harmful chemicals (sulfates, parabens), optimizing the circular economy, and protecting public health.
