Abstract

The invention relates to a cage-type slide assembly for mounting a support frame onto a support column and a mechanism for retaining the support frame screw for the inner rail of the cage-type slide assembly, wherein the cage-type slide assembly comprises an outer rail, a middle rail that is relatively translational with respect to the outer rail, and an inner rail that is relatively translational with respect to the middle rail and can be fixed to the support frame. In some implementations, ball rollers are arranged between the middle and outer rails, and between the inner and middle rails, to reduce friction during translation. The support rail assembly coupled with the outer rail comprises a spring-loaded locking element, wherein the locking element has interlocking parts configured to selectively engage with a round or square hole in the support column. The mechanism for retaining the support frame screw on the inner rail comprises an elastic stop plate located adjacent to the screw hole and configured to prevent the removal of the support frame screw in its natural state, and to allow the screw to be removed when deformed by the user.The interlocking mechanism between the inner and middle rails comprises an elastic interlocking plate coupled with the inner rail and configured to coordinate with the locking characteristics of the middle rail to fix the inner rail relative to the middle rail at the locking position during extension, and can be released by user pressing to allow complete detachment of the inner rail from the middle rail. In some implementations, the middle rail includes a steel ball bearing retainer with an embossed ridge, and the elastic interlocking plate includes a pull knob positioned to contact the embossed ridge during extension. In some implementations, the cage-type slide rail assembly also includes a three-rail interlocking assembly comprising rollers and elastic wire elements with elastic force generated in the roller groove of the middle rail and configured to coordinate with the characteristics of the inner and outer rails to provide phased locking and phased release states during opening and closing.
