Abstract

The invention relates to a nationally authorized blockchain interoperability system with a mechanism for granting authority, managing roles, and managing the lifecycle of blockchain entities based on digital certificates, including: a Decentralized Identity Registry (DID Registry) anchored on a trusted blockchain; a Credential Issuance Module; a Runtime Authorization Engine; and a Governance Module, where these components are connected through a decentralized identifier (DID)-based authentication mechanism. The invention also relates to the process of granting authority, managing roles, and managing the lifecycle of member blockchains based on digital certificates by operating this system.
