Abstract

The invention relates to a process for producing animal feed for deer (Cervus nippon), in which, by fermenting soft-leaf grass with a microbial preparation to provide easily digestible fiber, the invention combines it with a mixture of carbohydrates, a mixture of proteins and fats, a mixture of micronutrients, and a mixture of vitamins and minerals in optimal proportions for deer (Cervus nippon), especially during the antler development stage. The invention also relates to the animal feed for deer (Cervus nippon) obtained from the process described in the invention.
