Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation for the treatment of otomycosis (fungal infection of the ear) and a method for the preparation; which consists of: a) an isotropic nanoemulsion system comprising: essential oil of Ocimum gratissimum L.; and a mixture comprising at least two surfactants and distilled water; b) a low-concentration organic acid; and c) a viscosity modifier.
