PROCEDURE FOR PREPARING NANO CURCULIGOSIDE MICROEMBRANE SYSTEM

Abstract

The invention proposes a process for preparing a pre-microemulsion system of curculigoside nano-emulsions, essentially comprising the following steps: i) preparing the active ingredient by dissolving curculigoside A in the co-surfactant polyethylene glycol 400 (PEG-400); ii) adding the surfactant hydrogenated castor oil PEG-40 (Kolliphor RH40) to the solution obtained in step i); iii) creating the pre-microemulsion system by slowly dripping the oil phase, glyceryl monolinoleate (Maisine®CC), into the mixture obtained in step ii); iv) cooling and then homogenizing the pre-microemulsion system obtained in step iii); v) filtering the pre-microemulsion system obtained after homogenization in step iv) using a membrane filter to obtain the curculigoside pre-microemulsion system. The process according to the invention produces a curculigoside pre-microemulsion system with stable physicochemical properties and a long shelf life.
