ZIG-LOCK STRUCTURE FOR WATER TANKS WITH LIDS

Abstract

The invention relates to a zigzag locking device for a covered water tank comprising a first locking part (A) attached to the outside of the tank lid opposite the hinge and a second locking part (B) attached to the tank body in a position that engages with the first locking part. The first locking part (A) consists of two halves facing each other along its vertical axis, with a closed bottom and an open top, and has a lower part (A1) folded into a zigzag shape. The second locking part (B) consists of two halves facing each other along its vertical axis, with a closed bottom and an open top, and has a lower part (B1) folded into a zigzag shape to engage with the zigzag part of the lower part (A1) of the first locking part (A). Thanks to this design, users can easily open and close the water tank lid simply by pushing the lid down with their hand so that the first lock (A) is engaged with the second lock (B), and pulling the lid up so that the first lock (A) is disengaged from the second lock (B).
