Abstract

The invention relates to a rotating device mounted on a mobile base, comprising a mobile base, a central rotating shaft assembly, multiple suspension arm assemblies, and a central control unit. The central rotating shaft assembly is mounted on the mobile base and rotates around its vertical axis via a drive mechanism. Each suspension arm assembly includes a lever arm, pneumatic actuator, connecting rod, seat (cabin), force sensor, and angle sensor. The central control unit is configured to receive data from the sensors, control the drive mechanism, and control the pneumatic actuator to create various rotational, lifting, lowering, or oscillating movements of the suspension arm assembly. The invention enhances mobility, diversifies motion effects, improves the entertainment experience, and improves the monitoring and operational safety of the device.
