Abstract

The invention relates to a nonlinear signal linearization circuit, for sensing elements with a nonlinear input-output relationship, of a multi-fast Foster network structure, comprising: a nonlinear input for receiving the nonlinear signal to be linearized, which is an analog input signal; several signal decay branches connected in parallel to split the aforementioned analog input signal into component signals passing through the signal decay branches, where each signal decay branch corresponds to a time constant characterizing the electrical dynamic response rate of the signal decay branch; and a linearization output for producing the linearized signal by superimposing the outputs of the signal decay branches.
