AUTOMATED SYSTEM FOR DRYING, DEIRONING, AND FEEDING THE BALISTIC GLUE DISPENSER PRESSING EQUIPMENT

Abstract

The invention relates to an automated system for drying, de-ironizing, and feeding the balistic propellant extruder. The system comprises an automatic drying unit using a continuously rotating drum heated by hot air, an automatic material collection and discharge mechanism, a material conveying bucket, a thermostatically controlled annealing vessel with stirring blades, a de-ironizing mechanism, and a feeding mechanism for the screw extruder. The entire system is controlled by an interlocking PLC combined with monitoring sensors to ensure continuous, synchronized, and safe operation. The invention allows for reduced manual operation, improved fire and explosion safety, stable material quality, and increased efficiency in the production of balistic propellant.
