Abstract
The system for treating residual toxins and persistent organic compounds in soil according to the invention includes a multi-purpose reactor (1), a chemical treatment module (2), an exhaust gas treatment system (3), a biological treatment module (4), a control system (50), an IoT remote management system (5), and a system enclosure (6). Soil contaminated with POPs is fed into the multi-purpose reactor (1) to decompose POPs into smaller and more biodegradable molecules through the chemical treatment module (2). The biodegradable POPs molecules are thoroughly treated through the biological treatment module (4) and the exhaust gas treatment system (3). The system combines physical, chemical, and biological treatment methods to effectively remove various types of POPs, prevent the infiltration of POPs into water, soil, and air, and protect the ecosystem. The invention relates to a process for treating residual toxins and persistent organic compounds in soil, resulting in energy savings and reduced production costs.
