Abstract

The invention relates to an electronic device comprising: a first SIM supporting communication with a first cellular mobile network, a second SIM supporting communication with a second cellular mobile network, wherein the first and second SIMs operate in dual SIM dual standby mode (Dual SIM Dual Standby, DSDS), a first communication module configured for communication with peripheral devices with short-range wireless connectivity to the electronic device, a second communication module configured for communication with cellular mobile networks, memory for storing instructions and a processor connected in a way that is functional with the first communication module, the second communication module and the memory;In which, when the processor executes the instructions, the electronic device is configured to, after determining that the first SIM is performing a high-priority service, perform an operation to select one of the peripheral devices capable of receiving incoming calls to the second SIM from the second cellular mobile network in place of the electronic device as the support device, prepare a predefined procedure to redirect the incoming call to the selected support device, and proceed to redirect the incoming call to the selected support device based on the prepared procedure. The invention also relates to a method of operating this electronic device and a computer-readable, immutable recording object.
