POST-PROCESSING EQUIPMENT FOR LINEAR MOTION GUIDE TRACKS

Abstract

The invention relates to a post-processing device for linear motion guide rails such that the process of grinding the cut surfaces of linear motion guide rails cut to a predetermined length by a cutting process using a cutting device and applying anti-corrosion oil to the surface of the cut linear motion section is described in this invention. The post-processing device for linear motion guide rails polishes the cut surfaces of linear motion guide rails cut to a predetermined length by a cutting process using a cutting device and applying anti-corrosion oil to the surface of the cut linear motion guide rail. This device comprises a moving part, a polishing part, and an application part. The moving part moves the cut linear motion guide rail. The polishing part grinds the cut surfaces at both ends of the linear motion guide rail moved by the moving part.The lubricating tool passes through the polishing unit and applies anti-rust oil to the surface of the linear motion guide rail moved by the moving part. The moving part is inserted into the joint hole formed on the linear motion guide rail so that the entire surface of the linear motion guide rail is exposed without covering any parts, thereby allowing anti-rust oil to be applied to the entire moving part of the linear motion guide rail surface.
