SYSTEM FOR EVALUATING THE DESIGN OF EARTH RETAINING STRUCTURES

Abstract

The invention relates to a system for evaluating the design of earth retaining structures, comprising an input unit for the design groundwater level, construction area, earth retaining wall, support material, excavation slope and water retention method described in the design, groundwater level of the land area where the earth retaining wall is to be constructed, by collecting data from the retention condition collection unit, the earth retaining wall design input unit and the earth retaining wall condition collection unit collecting excavation level, flat topography and area conditions, earth retaining wall, support material and combined with a conformity assessment unit and a conformity assessment unit to evaluate the conformity of temporary facilities.The system under the invention comprises an alternative design unit that forms the first alternative design to modify the conditions deemed non-conforming by the conformity assessment unit, and an alternative design assessment unit that is combined with the alternative design unit to assess the first alternative design and maintenance conditions. The data acquisition unit is a finite element analysis program. Through seepage analysis using this program, groundwater level drop data due to excavation is collected, and the conformity assessment unit can determine the structural stability by applying the groundwater level drop data due to excavation to the design groundwater level.
