Abstract

The invention relates to a push-button pen which can be switched by pressing a button or the top end of a locking bar, comprising: a pen body (10) comprising a window (16) with an oblique edge (162); a push button (20) comprising a cantilevered lower part with a free end (29); a locking bar (30) comprising a rhombus-shaped cam (36) on the inside; a pen core (40); a first spring; a second spring (50); such that the free end (28) can be guided by the oblique edge (162) from its initial position to the locking point on one side of the rhombus-shaped cam (36), and then can be retracted into the pen body (10) to escape from the locking point and return to its initial position.
