Abstract

The invention relates to a method for producing dye preparations and dye formulations. This method includes: adding a large amount of cold water to the blue dye raw material to perform a desalination and purification process; the salt content in the blue dye liquid treated by the desalination and purification process is 35% lower than the salt content in the blue dye liquid not treated by the desalination and purification process; then adding an auxiliary solvent and a co-solvent to obtain the dye preparation. This auxiliary solvent increases the solubility of the blue dye, and the co-solvent maintains the solubility of the dye at a certain level. Using this method, a highly soluble dye compound is obtained, while maintaining a certain level of solubility, it has better color fastness and color absorption rate.
