Abstract

The invention proposes a rotary injection molding machine, an injection molding system, and an injection molding method. The rotary injection molding machine consists of: a rotary table, at least two molds, a switch module, a control module, and at least two ejector limit switches; the molds are located on the rotary table, and the rotary table drives the molds' movement; the ejector limit switches are located on the molds and connected to the input of the switch module, and the output of the switch module is connected to the control module; the switch module is used to conduct the input and output of the switch module, which corresponds to the mold arrival signal. After receiving the mold arrival signal, and when the ejector limit switch of the target mold corresponding to the mold arrival signal is energized, the target mold closing signal is sent to the control module to control the closing of the target mold. This invention shortens the injection molding cycle time, saves production time, and improves production efficiency.
