Abstract

The invention proposes a screw feeding device comprising a clamping mechanism, a pushing mechanism, a checking mechanism, and a blocking mechanism. The clamping mechanism consists of a clamping arm used to receive screws discharged from the screw feeding machine, a checking mechanism to inspect the screw's position, a pushing mechanism to drive the clamping arm to move the screw in the correct position to the screw feeding position, and a blocking mechanism to block the screw in the discharge line when the clamping arm moves between the receiving and screw feeding positions and when it is in the screw feeding position. This blocking mechanism can also prevent screws in the discharge line from falling into the clamping arm when the clamping arm is in the receiving position, so that screws in the discharge line can fall into the clamping arm. This invention automates the screw screening and moving process, resulting in high work efficiency and thus improving production efficiency.
