Positioning mechanism

Abstract

The invention proposes a positioning mechanism consisting of a moving part, a positioning part, a horizontal drive component, and a vertical drive component. The moving part moves horizontally in the first direction and includes a first positioning plate for placing the product. The positioning part includes a second positioning plate, a horizontal drive component that drives the moving part horizontally in the first direction to the target position so that the mounting holes of the first positioning plate and the positioning holes of the second positioning plate are aligned vertically, and a vertical drive component that drives the first positioning plate to contact the second positioning plate, so that the product is fitted with the positioning holes of the second positioning plate. This positioning mechanism positions the product through a plane, increasing the contact area during pressing and applying greater pressing force to the product, thus improving the stability of the positioning mechanism.
