Abstract

The invention relates to the field of plastic bottle manufacturing engineering and proposes a fixing device comprising: a fixing frame; a first fixing plate arranged to slide on a guide rail; a second fixing plate on which two mold drive plates are arranged relative to each other; horizontal moving mechanisms arranged on the first fixing plate in such a way that they can slide horizontally; two first fixtures arranged on the upper surfaces of the respective horizontal moving mechanisms; a first guide base; a second guide base; two guide bars; two first connecting bases that can slide on their respective guide bars; two second connecting bases arranged fixed on their respective guide bars; a second fixture comprising a first clamping plate arranged fixed at the lower ends of the two first connecting bases and a second clamping plate arranged fixed at the lower ends of the two second connecting bases; and a drive assembly connecting the first and second clamping plates and constructed to perform the opening or closing of the second fixture.Instead of the rotating fixture used in conventional engineering, the second fixture in the fixed device shortens the travel distance, improving the utilization rate of plastic materials.
