Abstract

The invention proposes a riveting device comprising a base, a positioning mechanism, a riveting mechanism, at least one inspection unit, and a drive mechanism. The positioning mechanism is located at the top of the base, comprising two horizontally opposite drive units, the first of which is positioned between the drive units. The riveting mechanism includes a riveting assembly protruding toward the base, with a base that moves vertically. An inspection unit is used to selectively inspect the product structure and / or the placement of the connecting strip to be riveted to the product. The drive mechanism drives the base horizontally towards the riveting mechanism, so that the riveting assembly is controlled to move down to the target position to rivet the product to the connecting strip. The riveting device of this invention can improve the efficiency of riveting production and, at the same time, improve the riveting success rate of the product.
